Welcome to Professional Driving Academy. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Course Enrollment

All fees must be paid before classes begin unless other arrangements are made.

You must be at least 18 years old and meet all CDL requirements to enroll.

2. Payment & Fees

The full cost of the Class A CDL program is $4,134, which includes tuition, road tests, permit fees, and medical exam fees.

Payments can be made by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

3. Attendance & Participation

Students are expected to attend all classes and complete all required training.

Missing too many classes may affect your ability to graduate or test.

4. Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Code of Conduct

Students must act respectfully and responsibly during all training activities.

Any behavior that disrupts class or endangers others may result in dismissal.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or shared with you directly.
